Operating Instruction According to
§ 14 of the Hazardous Materials Regulations

The hazardous materials regulations do not only proscribe that operational guidelines need to be written and displayed in a suitable place in the workshop, but also that a regular training seminar addressing the operating guidelines is to be held for the employees.

Target Group:

Operaters of stationary and mobile collection points and their employees, delivery firms, supervisors of waste, environmental protection officers from community organisations, operations, environmental protection agencies.

Subjects Covered:

General duty of protection, supervisory duty, protective measures and their priority listing, extension of the operating guidelines, packaging and licensing, safekeeping and storage, steps to take after an accident.

Duration: 8 units

Certificate:

The participants receive a certificate of participation which can be used as proof of attendance for the authorities. The document is such that it is also recognised as a training certificate for § 6 GbV by the authorities. This tuition is to be refreshed annually.
